Dr. Ulf Spears is the founder and president of Strategic Leadership International, a global organization that seeks to fill the leadership vacuum in society through consulting, coaching, training, mentoring, and empowering emerging leaders and organizations.
He has over 20 years of experience in global leadership development positions in higher education, community development and business. He is a global futurist, community and spiritual leader, as well as serving as adjunct professor and department lead at Warner Pacific University over the past 10 years. In addition, Dr. Spears holds a doctorate in strategic leadership (DSL) with an emphasis in leadership coaching and a certificate of advanced graduate studies in leadership from Regent University, a master’s degree in management from the University of Phoenix, and a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Corban University.
Dr. Spears, his wife, and three children reside in Vancouver, Washington.
Dwann Holmes loves Media, Marketing, Mentorship and Ministry. Her career started as a TV News Reporter/Anchor in 1994 and then she opened a Faith-Friendly TV Production Company in 2000 that transformed into an Ad Agency while living in Nashville, Tennessee.
Dwann has experience as the Director of Marketing at the University of Nebraska at Kearney. Her entrepreneurial spirit has allowed her to own and operate D&C Multi Media. Dwann currently owns and operates a 21-year company called Dwann & Company where she functions as a Chief Strategist.
Dwann is an award winning journalist, nominated for a few Emmys, was named TOP 30 Future Leader by Ebony Magazine in 2000 and most recently made her way to the top of Amazon's Best Sellers. She's also the founder of The Global Institute of Church & Marketplace Prophets.
Dwann and her 2 daughters live in Fleming Island, Florida where she also Pastors a church in Jacksonville
